Information to help the rep be more effective
Items the customer has previously purchased are displayed in the template so the rep only needs enter a quantity. Upsell opportunities, the full product range and order history are all available, as is a promotional schedule. Samples and Bonus stock can be added to the order
Ordering made simple
Simple user interface to allow the sales person to check the ranging in-store. This information allows you to calculate the real consumer offtake for your products and hence the optimal stocking levels
Distribution Range Checking
DSD Connect lets you see how your sales reps are performing, and from our Order Management portal the orders taken by the sales reps and directly placed by customers. The customer diary can be viewed and updated from the office
