DSD Connect Mobile is designed for Sales Managers and Logistics Supervisors to track and communicate with their mobile workers.
You can check which customers have been visited, at what time they were visited and view the PDF of the Invoice or Delivery Docket with the customers signature. Using the GPS function built into all our apps you can also view each truck's location on a map.
We have also built Chat into all our apps so using DSD Connect Mobile you can chat with your mobile workers. They get an alert to notify them that they have a message. They can equally send you a message or a photograph of any issues they have while on their trip.
To use DSD Connect Mobile you will need to be on close to our latest versions of client software and our portal DSD Connect
